Mexico cautions the US that it may look for "other trade partners."

After Washington placed 25% tariffs on Mexico’s exports, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum warned the US that it would look for new trade partners, including Canada. Canada, meanwhile, complained to the WTO over President Trump’s tariff increases.

Trump’s assertion that the US will purchase the Arctic territory “one way or another” was denied by the prime minister of Greenland, who said that the region’s destiny lay elsewhere. Trump also declared that he will “wage war” on Mexican drug gangs, accusing them of murder, rape, and posing a grave threat to American security.
